Silver Swans is an RAD-created programme of ballet-inspired classes for over-55s. Designed to improve mobility, posture, coordination and energy levels, it's a joyful, sociable way to enjoy the lifelong benefits of dance. No experience needed.

Who it’s for
Adults aged 55 and over, including complete beginners and anyone returning to dance.
