Progressing Ballet Technique: strength and muscle memory for cleaner, safer technique in every style.
Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) uses exercise balls and simple equipment to train the muscle memory behind each skill dancers need. Classes build core stability, alignment, turnout and weight placement, so technique becomes stronger and safer in ballet and every other style. Our PBT classes are taught by a certified PBT teacher.
Dancers from Year 4 upwards, grouped by school year. PBT complements ballet, vocational training and every other style.
Wear fitted clothing you can move in. Please bring a suitably sized fitness ball.
